Two wrap-around color bars with reverse numerals are printed in the center position of the tab for use as the primary filing digits. A third color bar with reverse numerals is printed in the bottom position for use as an aging year scale. The same color bars are printed on the opposite tab along with a black colored loan bar. When materials have been loaned from the jacket, simply reverse the position on the shelf for quick location of the jacket when the materials are returned. Position blocks are printed on the remaining part of the tab for easy application of additional color coded labels. The front and back panels of the jackets are printed with forms for recording patient name, record number, type of exam, drug sensitivity, remarks, loan data and other information.
